In the Boira Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel, we offer a gastronomic proposal based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with fresh and seasonal products and with the best flavors of the land. Our culinary tour starts at the popular Pere Garau Market, located a few meters from the hotel, which makes it easier for all the product we buy to be of proximity, cultivated under the sun and the privileged climate of Mallorca.
Our kitchen looks towards the Flexitarian concept, that is, a flexible vegetarian. This allows you to enjoy dishes that contain vegetables or legumes, but without giving up tasting menus that include products of animal origin such as seafood, fish, poultry, meats, cheeses or eggs, always of the highest quality.
It is a current that opts for balance without excesses, respect for food, sustainability and well-being itself. In fact, this diet looks at the type of diet of the past, and it doesn’t differ as much from that of our grandparents. It’s a kitchen with common sense and responsibility.
