BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Non Refundable Non refundable rates will be charged inmediately to the credit card external payment and 100% cancellation cost. All rates are inclusive of IVA (VAT) and exclude the Eco Tasa Fee. Eco Tasa Fee will be charged to the client upon check in and registration in the hotel, these charges will be for the amount established by the Spanish Authorities and for the specific period of stay regardless the rates established at the moment of booking.
Cancellation policy:
The balance will be charged in full at the time of confirmation of the same, regardless of the date of entry of the client. It won’t be refunded in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
• Flexible Rate A valid credit card will be required in order to guarantee the reservation and cover the Hotel cancelation policy. Each room in this reservation is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy which is:
Cancellations with 3 days or more prior arrival are fully refundable.
Bookings cancelled 2 days or less prior arrival are subject to a fee of 100% of the first night.
There is no refund for no-shows or early checkouts.

www.noubaleares.com is registered under the name of Hotel Hostal Baleares 2017 SLU. The commercial brand is correctly registered under the name of the Company.
II.- AIM OF HIRING CONDITIONS
- These conditions have as their main aim to state the conditions that apply when selling and hiring products in www.noubaleares.com. These conditions will regulate the contractual relationship of buying/selling and/or the generated hiring between the Seller and the Hirer at the moment in which the latter accepts the corresponding tick-box at the buying/hiring online process. III.- HIRING/ACQUIRING PROCEDURE
Hiring the services of room reservations will be done through the specific selection of the product/s through the selection elements that the webpage has installed. Once selected and verified the application for reservation/hiring, the conditions will be completely accepted by you, without reserves, as stated in the company’s website, before acquiring such products.
Once accepted, the user acquires the condition of Client of the company/entity.
Any product or service offered by the company afterwards will be subject to a new hiring/acquiring procedure.
