Wonderful Hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights in December. Great location , 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from the aerobús stop. This is a really charming hotel. Staff could not do enough for us, everyone was welcoming , friendly & helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely, nicely decorated, very clean and a large comfortable double bed. The restaurant & bar - excellent service and a weekly 3 course menu including a drink is great value for money. We left our luggage before & after check-incheck out - good service! We will definitely be back again we loved it! Highly recommended. Thank you very much

Very nice boutique hotel
I stayed for a week at the Nou Baleares and it was a very nice experience. Great hotel, recently renovated and interesting architecture. Its interestengly located, just a few hundered meter from the old town, kind of bordering the closest suburbs. Very different city look depending on which direction you walk. Reception was good and people great. I enjoyed their restaurant, with a weekly menu with three choices and the great breakfast that you also pick from the menu and they bring it to your table. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. I have to complain about something, maybe the noise insulation was not the best and noise from the courtyard and corridor carried in a bit, but the hotel quieted down at 23.00 and I slept well.

Pleasant stay
Good location – a 15-minute walk to the centre. The hotel is nice and comfortable. We had a room with windows facing the patio, which was very quiet at night. The room was small but sufficient for a short stay. The air-conditioning worked well and was quiet. There could be an issue if you have larger luggage, as there is only a small wardrobe with a rack for coats. The queen bed was comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and large enough. You can borrow a glass bottle from the restaurant, fill it with filtered water, and take it back to your room. The breakfast was very good – even though it’s not self-service, you can choose from several options, plus you get good coffee, fresh orange juice, and homemade yogurt. The only complaint was that on the first day the scrambled eggs were too salty after that, everything was fine. The Boira restaurant is also very good – they offer a three-course menu plus a drink for a very reasonable price of 18.90. The food was really tasty.

Tolles Konzept
Die Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals und das Konzept mit dem abgeschlossen Restaurant, welches die einheimische Bevölkerung rege nutzt. Ich hatte mir noch einen Teppich im Zimmer auf den Fliesen vorstellen können, da man im November die kühle der Fliesen nicht mehr so genießt wie im Hochsommer. Vielen Dank für den äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt bei ihnen!!!

Lovely, stylish, cared for hotel with tasty breakfast
My three-night stay at Nou Baleares was enjoyable. The hotel was stylish and cared for - both the common spaces and my hotel room. The AC was cool and quiet, the bathroom including shower was well sized, and the bed was comfortable. I also very much enjoyed the tasty, generous breakfast each morning. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, offering an authentic experience, but within a short walk of the historic downtown of Palma.

Nice hotel, strange breakfast experiences
We loved the ambiance, the cleanliness, the hotel location and the friendliness of those on reception. However, on both days our breakfast experience was below par. On the first day my daughter & partner sat at the table next to us as there are no tables for 4. It was obvious we were together. My daughter ordered first, then we did. Our yohurt, juice and coffee arrived, theirs didnt. Before my husband and I had finished our cold choice arrived. We asked where our daughters food was and was told Its there on the bar, youll get it. It sounded rude. I took a couple of bites of my bread roll, and then our hot course came, so I had to stop eating my roll to eat my poached eggs which were hard. Finally my daughters yoghurt appeared. The waitress never asked who had ordered what, she just plonked the plates in front of anyone, and we had to swap around. We also had to ask again for our daughters croissant. It would also be nice to be offered a second hot drink. On the second day we arrived at 7.30 as we needed to check out. After 10 mins we asked if we could order. It was another 5 minutes before anyone came over, even though there was no one else there. Thankfully, all the food came in the right order and was well served. I really think some of the breakfast staff need more training. We could laugh about it, but were glad we only had two breakfasts.

Liebes Team von der Reception Nou Baleares, ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen und verstanden. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich wunderschön und die Lage top. Amazing Service!
We only stayed one night, but we had a great experience. When we got there Luisa at the front desk welcomed us with the biggest smile and provided AMAZING service in our short stay there. She also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit. The room was very clean and ac worked great! If you visit this hotel in Mallorca and you see Luisa, you’ll know you’ll have nothing to worry about.

A good spot but room for some improvement
Location of the hotel was fantastic. The room was lovely and staff were helpful. Check in and check out process could be improved. Check in took a considerable amount of time especially as it was busy. Check out at 4am was also unnecessarily long given that we had prepaid for the room and not changed anything to it.

Excellent hotel
I got a good deal on a single room here so I wasnt expecting it to be a luxury suite or anything, but I was really surprised. Everything was way nicer than I expected. The room and bathroom were larger than the pictures made it look, the bathroom and everything in the room looked new and modern, even a little stylish. Quality fixtures in the bathroom with a high flow overhead shower. Theres a good sized TV as well, which I couldnt figure out if there was one in the room from the description, but there is. No noise from adjacent rooms, very quiet. Not a single bad thing to say, I highly recomend this hotel, made for a great trip. For reference I was in room 113.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. El personal era amable, todo estaba limpio y bien organizado. Cabe destacar especialmente el ambiente general: nos sentimos muy a gusto y, sin duda, recomendamos este hotel. Una pequeña observación: el desayuno no se sirve en forma de bufé, sino de otra manera. Además, la habitación era algo más pequeña de lo esperado. Sin embargo, ninguno de estos dos aspectos afectó significativamente a nuestra estancia. En general, es un hotel muy bueno al que volveríamos con mucho gusto.

Freundliches, schönes Hotel
Wir haben eine Nacht dort übernachtet. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, tolle Dusche. Kleine Kaffeemaschine , top… als Anregung, zwei Wassergläser auf dem Zimmer wären prima. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gemietet was ich jedem empfehlen kann der mit dem Auto anreist. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen ????

Wish I could have stayed longer
Nou Baleares is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. It has a great location, the rooms and common spaces are very clean, and both the cleaning and front desk staff do an excellent job. I only spent two nights here but I wish I could have stayed longer be sure to book well in advance!

In Ordnung
Ich habe bereits geschrieben, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Das Hotel entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem 4 Standard. Terrasse ändert daran nichts. Zimmer 106 war einfach, hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Es gab Kanalisationsgerüche durch den Abfluss. Frühstücksart ist ungewohnt, wenn man BrotButterKonfitüre essen möchte, fehlt dies im Angebot. Fussdistanz ins Zentrum ok. Busmöglichkeit in der Nähe ok.

Cute little hotel near old town
We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is a beautiful building, very clean, with comfortable beds, friendly staff and a very convenient location. The old town is at your doorstep. They offer breakfast and dinner at an extra cost, but theres also a lovely café 2 mins away from thd hotel if you prefer to go out. The terrace is nice, but the pool is really small.

Lovely stay is a beautiful city break hotel!
Myself and my 5 girl friends had a wonderful stay in this beautiful city break hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming, we had a glass of cava upon arrival! The rooms were very clean, decorated well and the hotel was generally quiet. The restaurant is lovely and serves a nice breakfastdrinks, snacks and dinner. The pool is also a lovely peaceful spot to relax. We loved our stay very much and would definitely recommend staying here! Good location, about a 15 min walk into the centre of Palma.

Not completely satisfied
The hotel is very nice, the staff is really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was not so satisfying: - the mattresses of our rooms were uncomfortable - there is not much space to place the luggages in the room, apart from the floor -the usb plugs under the bed lights were not working - the breakfast is very essential considering it is a 4 star hotel - the cleaning of the room at the arrival seemed to be fine but the next days was rather average In the end, we expected something more.

Perfect stay
We stayed for 4 nights in Nou Baleares Hotel. PLUS: friendly staff, clean room, tasty breakfast, location close to old town 10 min walk, small room-top pool, comfy beds SMALL MINUS: with two large suitcases plus two carry on’s the room got ”crowded” Would definitely stay again. Tip: go to Bar Monaco very close for good tapas and enjoy original Spanish atmosphere.

Very nice hotel with perfect service
We have stayed at the hotel 2 times in one week and were always very satisfied with all services provided. Reception and staff was always very friendly and forthcoming the beds were comfy and wide with extra pillows and covers provided upon request only 10 min walking distance to the edge of the old town and 20 min to the beach tastefully designed interior nice rooftop terrace with small pool and bar calm area around the hotel free drinking water service in refillable bottles welcome drink sufficiently darkening curtains unnoticeable but effective AC with full regulation. Only thing to note is that in some rooms the light of the corridor can slightly enter the darkened room around the edge of the door. All in all the perfect stay in Palma.

Une bonne adresse
C’est le genre d’adresses pour lesquelles on hésite à trop faire savoir que c’est bien, de peur que les prix s’envolent. ???? Personnel chaleureux, attentif, arrangeant et disponible qui vous accueille toujours avec un large sourire. Hôtel propre. Décoration soignée. Chambre agréable et bien équipée. Le matelas pourrait être plus ferme subjectif. L’établissement se situe dans un quartier populaire mais calme, à proximité des bus et de l’hypercentre. Nous avons apprécié y séjourner !

Estancia agradable
En general el establecimiento en si es agradable pero el entorno deja mucho que desear. La habitación es pequeña, justa para un par de días. Lo peor es el entorno, esta cerca del centro caminando, pero el barrio no se percibe como seguro, de hecho estuvimos 2 noches y una de ellas hubo un altercado con un borracho y vecinos. No ofrece confianza por la noche. No repetiría. Saludos

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mitten in Palma
Wir waren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Für uns ist es einfach perfekt. Fast mitten in der Stadt, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber und vor allem die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Restaurant. Das wöchentlich wechselnde Menü ist sehr sehr lecker. Eine Reservierung für den Mittagstisch ist empfehlenswert.

Great place to go!
We went to this hotel several times now and we never got disappointed. This time we got greeted like old friends at the reception and had the Welcome-Cava as always. The hotel is located slightly outside of the center in walking distance of about 15 Minutes. However, it is a great place to go. Cozy beds, fast cleaning service, nice rooms, well working air-con and a proper working WiFi - what else is needed. If you like to get a final sun catch after a shopping day u get it upstairs at the pool. Till 10pm nowadays they also offer a bar service. The staff is absolutely friendly. The breakfast is a la minute non-Buffet and pretty good. We recommend this place for sure.

Nice room in a good location.
The room we stayed in was quite small but nice. It was clean and nicely furnished. A kettle and a coffee machine would be a nice touch to include in the room in my opinion. The location was quiet though the smell of urine was very strong outside the building as obviously a lot of people use the street as a toilet. There isnt much the hotel can do about that though I suppose. The rooftop area and the restaurant downstairs were nicely presented. The staff member who checked us in when we arrived seemed very stressed and overwhelmed and appeared to be in a bad mood. Perhaps she was just having a bad day which is understandable, but it was not good first impression of the hotel. All other staff members that I spoke to at the hotel were pleasant and friendly though. If I am back in Palma one day I would consider staying here again.

Fabulous stay!
I booked Nou Baleares Hotel for a group girls holiday and it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were amazing and well kept, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was very central, taking only around 10 minutes walk to be in the centre of Palma. The staff were also incredible, both at answering questions and helping with the booking before we arrived, and during the stay. I would 100 stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The room was lovely, really nice style and clean with super comfy beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay
My sister & I stayed for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Check in was very easy and staff were friendly throughout the stay. We requested twin beds which we were kindly provided and they were very comfy. The shower was large and the room was very clean. The AC worked brilliantly and the hotel was very quiet which meant we had a good sleep. We only ate once at the restaurant but the food was excellent and great portion sizes. The free refillable water was absolutely great and hugely appreciated that. The gym was great to have access to but was on the warm side. The pool on the roof was great and always very quiet, we were often the only ones on the roof during the day. The music varied daily which was much appreciated. I would only say the sun loungers got very hot due to their colour and material so it was hard to stay cool whilst sunbathing. Checkout was at 12pm which was great to not feel rushed leaving the hotel and being able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout was excellent. Overall loved the hotel and would return!

We really liked the hotell, both rooms and breakfast was very good. We booked this hotel as it had a rooftop pool and was disappointed that it was closed. This information should have been sent to us before arriving. If we knew that the pool was closed we would have selected another hotel.

Lovely Hotel
This hotel is lovely with a nice modern feel to it. Only there for one night so didn’t use the pool or many facilities. The room had a large comfortable bed. There is a fridge in the room however no water or teacoffee facilities. A bottle of water could be requested from the restaurant though with a machine to refill water containers. Although the bed was comfortable we didn’t sleep great as there was unfortunately a lot of noise from the room above us, vehicles outside and then corridor traffic early in the morning. We normally stay at another small hotel in Palma which would appear to have better sound proofing. Breakfast in restaurant is continental with choice of eggs and was very nice. Staff are very friendly and pleasant.

Quaintness and Charm
Our stay of five nights, was the perfect place to be…away from the main tourist areas. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Luisa who I had corresponded with prior to our arrival, was delightful…always laughing, with friendly advice and service. Almost perfect
room , communal areas, rooftop: all beautifully styled and presented, spotless. Locket helpful staff, excellent breakfast, can’t get much better. But then you have doors in your room that let even the sound of a pin drop through the door. Every step, every chat, every movement in the hallway is heard inside the room. It felt there was only a curtain instead of the door. Results in a very poor sleep as I woke up 5x when guests returned or left early that morning. Closing the door in another room makes u sit up straight in bed. If that’s sorted i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Palma. Location is pretty good as well. Short walk into town.

We had a peaceful, comfortable stay on an overnight before a flight. The hotel staff is very personable and efficient. The bedroom and bath are lovely. The only moment of hesitation I had was when reception told us not to drink the water from the hotel taps. They provide bottled water instead.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our four night stay at Nou Baleares. The room was clean, the bed really comfy, the staff in the reception and restaurant was super friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is that the gym is quite small and feels crowded if someone else is there. But overall I would recommend a stay at Nou Baleares.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel um die Stadt Palma zu erkunden. 10min zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt macht es einfach nur Spaß, dort zu wohnen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker, man kann zwischen verschiedenen Varianten wählen. Wir haben uns über die Ostertage hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wonderful hotel in perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nou Baleares! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is nice and safe and close enough to the old town of Palma. Breakfast costs 12,- per person and is really a lot - we even took only 1 breakfast for 2 persons and added only pancakes and a cafe Cortado, because it was so much... The only pity was that the rooftop pool was not yet in order and the rooftop bar was also closed but we could spend some time there and take our own blankets and drinks there... Happy to come again if we visit Palma again!

We loved it!
My husband and I had a great time at Nou Baleares Hotel in Palma. The style of the hotel is very pretty, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and we liked the area, as its not too touristy, but you can still get into the old town pretty quickly. It can be a bit loud outside, but we couldnt hear noises when we closed the windows - so that worked very well too. We visited the restaurant downstairs for a breakfast, which was nice too. Our only complaint is that there should be more storage in the room for the suitcases, clothes, jackets etc. so more wardrobes and hooks. Also the mattresses on the bed could be a bit harder better for the back. Other than that, it was lovely!

Top Lage und schöne Zimmer
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Fenster haben den Raum gut abgedichtet. Man hat nichts von der Straße gehört. Im ersten Stock war es jedoch sehr hellhörig. Da liegen die Zimmer weiter oben, weit weg vom Eingangsbereich, sicher besser und ruhiger. Das Frühstück und Essen ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Leute am Empfang waren 24h erreichbar und sehr nett.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Ich war als Alleinreisende für 4 Tage im Hotel gebucht. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer geräumig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war top. Die große Dusche mit Regenduschkopf ein Traum - das Bad geräumig und alles wunderbar gepflegt, modern aber stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Mein Zimmer ging zum überdachten Innenhof. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, ab und an war vom Restaurant Musik zu hören oder Stimmen im Innenhof, da dieser Bereich als Außenbereich genutzt wird. Aber das war erträglich und zu normalen Zeiten dann auch wieder vorbei. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass man keine echte Frischluft ins Zimmer bekam, war nachteilig. Die Klimaanlage hatte ich ausgeschaltet. Auch das immer gedämpfte Licht war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut und alles war frisch, regional und schmackhaft. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Altstadt und der Strand sind fußläufig innerhalb von ca. 10-20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach Deutsch und Englisch, was sehr hilfreich war. Ich kann das Hotel also insgesamt nur empfehlen!

Einfach toll
Ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten im Centrum von Palma. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gemütlich und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kraftraum ausreichend und das Frühstück für 12 sehr ausreichend. Jederzeit kann im Restaurant Wasser, vom Hotel gestellte Flaschen, abgefüllt werden. Wir schätzen dieses Hotel mit seinem schönen Innenhof und einer Dachterasse mit traumhaften Blick über die Stadt. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte und Geschäfte, die alles bieten. Wir waren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und das ist nicht das Letzte mal. Das Interior der Zimmer ist modern und die wunderschöne Treppe zu den Zimmern, einmalig. Wir freuen uns auf eine nächste, schöne Zeit mit unseren Kindern und Freunden.

Cómo ya comenté, me gustó mucho el hotel por el estado, limpieza y trato del personal. Pero desgraciadamente me pareció muy ruidoso, el personal de limpieza era muy escandaloso a la hora de hacer su trabajo, no lo recomendaría para descansar, hay que ponerse tapones en los oídos para poder dormir desde las 8 de la mañana. Por otro lado los armarios al descubierto no me agradan mucho. Por último y esto no es culpa del hotel, la sensación de inseguridad de la zona alrededor del hotel no es buena, parece que estás en otro país, dado a la gran inmigración que hay, incluso el 90 de los negocios son de extranjeros. We really enjoyed our stay in Nou Baleares. The room wasn’t huge but very well organised, decorated with taste and cute. The inner court inside the hotel was very nice too. The rooftop was awesome, though we came in November so we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked. It would have been a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in a summer evening. Lastly as a big bonus at least for me was the gym. Again it wasn’t big but it beat a lot of much bigger gyms that I have seen. The equipment was great and modern with weights, trademill, bike, etc… I’d totally come back again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der Hotel ist gut gelegen am Eingang zur Innenstadt. Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch wegen dem großen Platz vor dem Hotel, aber es war nachts sehr ruhig. We stayed with some couples of friends a few nights at Hotel Nou Baleares in Palma de Mallorca. It was a very pleasant stay! We were welcomed very hospitably with a delicious glass of bubbles, that was a good start! The rooms look neat, clean and tidy and are equipped with all comforts. The rooms are quiet and peaceful, no problems with any noise from outside. The hotel is nicely and cozily decorated and has friendly staff. The breakfast is fresh and more than sufficient. The staff is very helpful and ready to help you. On a next visit to Palma de Mallorca we will definitely come back to Hotel Nou Beleares. Thank you for some great days!

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Tolles Design, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, gute Lage in einer nicht touristischen Umgebung. Was man noch verbessern könnte: mehr Liegemöbel auf der Dachterrasse zum Relaxen.

Great hotel! Very well located, great staff and good food. Nice roof terrace too! One complaint: your air conditioning faces straight onto the bed which makes it easy to catch a cold for those of us who are sensitive to it - just angle the grids down to the floor!

Peaceful and elegant small hotel
We stayed at Hotel Nou Baleares for 3 nights to attend a wedding on Mallorca. Most of the hotels recommended to us were very expensive or in the crowded city center. Nou Baleares looked lovely in the photos, was located just outside the center but walkable to it, and was very reasonable. Booking online made it even cheaper. If you go, opt to include breakfast. The hotel is home to a wonderful restaurant, Boira we also had dinner there, and breakfast is generous and well worth the small price. The hotel is clean, elegant, modern, and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The roof patio is a lovely place to sit with a coffee or a drink and look out over the city. We chose a corner room, and we were worried when we arrived about street noise, but the excellent window-shutters and peaceful nature of the placa made this not a problem at all. I highly recommend this hotel for its caring staff, modern design, and excellent location.

Modern, authentisch, äußerst nett
Das kleine Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet nur ein paar Schritte von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Es ist ein schönes, altes Gebäude, das vor Kurzem ganz modern und stylisch eingerichtet wurde. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön, die Zimmer klein, aber schick, das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, modern, sauber, großzügig. Im Innenhof gibt es einen hübschen Patio. Auf dem Dach eine schöne Dachterrasse und einen kleinen Pool. Das Essen im eigenen Restaurant ist toll, Mittag und Abendessen sind hervorragend, auch das kleine Frühstück ist liebevoll. Alles schmeckt und das Personal ist ganz wunderbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We stayed for 6 nights at Nou Belares Hotel in September 2024 in a suite room. On arrival we were offered a glass of Champagne, then given our keys and welcome pack. The room was spacious, with bath robes. The room had a small fridge and a safe. A kettle was also an option less than 10 minutes walk was a shopping area, and the old towns bars & restaurants. The hotels rooftop terrace & small pool got plenty of use from us during our stay. The staff in the hotel were excellent, from reception to the very friendly restaurant staff, especially Angie We didnt eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast, but this was excellent. Fruit Juice, Fruit salad & coffee were standard, plus a choice of croissants and cooked eggs or breakfast roll. 100 would stay here again and have already recommended to friends

Cockroaches in the building

Todo perfecto everything was perfect
I had an amazing time staying at Nou Baleares. My room was amazing, clean and had all I needed. I just couldn’t figure out how to make the AC stay at the temperature of my choice instructions would be great. The hotel’s restaurant is incredibly good. The pool is small but perfect to chill in the mornings or evenings. The service was perfect and the staff was very kind and supportive. Thanks again!

All the staff at this hotel were amazing- answered all of our questions, were incredibly friendly, and even opened a bottle of wine for us late at night. Everything is clean and well cared for- the housekeepers do a great job! The restaurant was excellent as well, incredible filling breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely recommend trying them for dinner as well. Overall hotel was 1010, but be mindful of the plaza in front and walking on it late at night- hold onto your purses!

Estuvimos por una noche en este hotel. Nos gustó mucho. Lo renovaros hace poco en los tiempos de COVID. Las habitaciones y el interior de este hotel tiene un estilo muy bonito. No había jaleo y se durmió muy tranquilo. El patio del restaurante y la piscina en el tejado invitan a relajar y refrescar se. Tienen aparcamiento. Un paseo y ya se está muy central en la ciudad. La recepción muy amables. El desayuno fabuloso con fruta y variaciones buenas. Nos gustó mucho y lo podemos recomendar.

Nuit au Nou Baléares
Accueil ultra chaleureux, lhôtesse daccueil nous a très bien reçue malgré une arrivée tardive. Lhôtel est magnifique, très propre. Les chambres sont très propres, decoratiion soignée et lit ultra confortable. La climatisation est parfaite, réglable individuellement. Cest la deuxième fois que nous venons, toujours aussi sympa ! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Es war alles toll! Super Lage gleich bei der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer sind schön und ausreichen groß. Gym ist gut ausgestattet. Pool ist sehr fein nach einem heißen Tag. Frühstück war wirklich lecker. Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich. Klimaanlage war uns fast zu kalt - ist aber wohl ein Anwenderproblem, nachdem wir es nicht geschafft haben, sie wärmer zu stellen

A little gem in Palma
Nou Baleares is a little gem in Palma with a very friendly staff, who makes you feel welcomed no matter if it’s on arrival, at meals etc. Very well restored historic building, with nice rooms and a good price. In walking distance to the centre and yet in a non touristed area.

Una estancia fantástica
Está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 15-20 minutos de la Catedral. El personal del hotel es sumamente amable. Las habitaciones son amplias y con un baño estupendo que destacan por su limpieza. El desayuno es espectacular y la zona de la piscina, aunque pequeña, es muy coqueta.

We couldnt fault the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was limited but tasty. The set menu for the evening meal was exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tout s’est globalement bien passé ????
Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli, la chambre correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et le lit pour le bébé était idéal. Hôtel, chambre, salle de bains et rooftop magnifiques! Cependant nous avons été très déçu du comportement de l’un des réceptionnistes, il s’est très bien occupés de nous lors de notre arrivée mais au fil des jours son comportement est devenu froid voir désagréable. Nous avions l’impression de le déranger. Pour notre départ de l’hôtel nous lui avons demandés de réserver un taxi avec un siège auto pour notre bébé. Malheureusement lors de notre départ à 6:30 du matin le taxi est arrivé avec un siège pour grand enfant et le chauffeur nous a précisé que le réceptionniste n’avait pas parlé d’un bébé. Nous avons été extrêmement déçu et fâché de son comportement. J’espère qu’il n’est pas comme ça avec d’autres clients car cela ne donne pas envie de revenir malgré que tout le reste se soit merveilleusement bien déroulé!

A nice, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff was wellcoming and helpfull. The breakfast and dinner menu were good. In stead of chocolate muesli we would have prefered a sugarfree alternative wiht oats and nuts. In the bathroom we would have liked a few more hangers for the towels.

Perfect stay
This hotel was great! Everything was clean, tidy and looked good. The staff were all friendly. The facilities were great, liked having the roof terrace and pool. Breakfast was really fresh and had some nice choices. Ten minute walk to the old town bars and shops. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Palma.

Nos hemos alojado durante 4 noches en el hotel y nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Se encuentra a escasos 20 minutos caminando del centro, por lo que su localización es muy conveniente cerca pero sin estar en el bullicio. Nuestra habitación contaba con lo necesario para poder descansar bien: cama con colchón cómodo, mucha luz y ventanas insonorizadas. Teníamos desayuno incluido y, aunque no fuera buffet continental, cabe destacar que es muy completo: café, zumo, fruta, bollería, huevos, etc. A nivel de instalaciones, el hotel cuenta con una bonita terraza con piscina y un patio con mesitas para tomar algo o comer. Nos encantó la decoración, una mezcla de madera, con tonos verdosos, beige y baldosas hidráulicas, super bonito. Y por último, y lo mejor de todo, el personal del hotel. Personas profesionales y muy agradables que nos han hecho sentir como si estuviéramos en casa : Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo!

Super schönes Hotel, leider hellhörig
Das Hotel ist sehr chic, zentral und modern. Alle 3 an der Rezeption waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu Straße, welches sowohl dorthin als auch zum Flur sehr hellhörig war. Das ist wirklich der einzigste Nachteil. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen

Pleasant stay
This is a decent hotel. Rooms are decorated nicely but no teacoffee making which is disappointing. Also the cleaners start before 7 washing down the interior courtyard which creates significant noise if as we were you have inside facing room. Restaurant food, particularly breakfast was very good but the seating covers are ripped and need replacement. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Marvelous short visit in Palma
I spent two nights in one thoses cute double rooms. The stay was really nice from the first moment on. First of all because of a warm welcome at the reception. We arrived before midday, so the room wasn‘t already done. The hotel stuff gave us the opputtunity to leave our luggage and we went out to explore the city. The room isn‘t the biggest one, but enough for a city trip. Very clean, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It’s a bit noisy, typical of an old building - it is bearable. You can join an high quality breakfast a la carte, completely sufficient and sustainable. All in all a very successful stay!

All excellent with one exception
Hello! I am a regular guest in your hotel and appreciate the place and the team working there very much. With one exception: one of the waitresses is just unpleasant and grumpy since I am guest. Not a word, not a greeting- it’s not ok but not a big problem for me. BUT today 27 February when I came to breakfast at 7.30 h a workman was doing iron works by machine in the breakfast room. I asked the waitress for an alternative place because it is not possible to have breakfast with that noise, smell and an open door with an outside temperature of 8 degrees. She was so angry at me and ignored me by then, said nothing except that is not her fault. The helpful receptionist cleared the situation. For me it is no problem, when there is work which needs to be done but then please speak to me and let us find a solution. It is a pity that such an unpleasant member of staff is able to influence an otherwise very positive atmosphere in such a negative way. Just thinking of my next booking in March …

El hotel fenomenal, todo muy limpio y confortable. La recepción muy amable y servicial, todo un detalle la copita de cava. El restaurante de categoría. Dos únicas reseñas: una que en el baño las cortinas no dan privacidad por ser muy translúcidas y otra es que no sabíamos que había que reservar en el restaurante para cenar, y tuvieron que hacer un gran esfuerzo para hacernos un hueco, por lo que sería conveniente que se avisara de ello en el check-in. Por lo demás una estancia maravillosa.

Ich bin mit der Gesamtsituation sehr zufrieden.Drei Aufenthalte sprechen schon für sich!Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet hinsichtlich Anreise und Innenstadtlage ,und der Zentralbahnhof für weitere Unternehmungen ist sehr gut erreichbar.Die Zimmer sind für mich ausreichend dimensioniertvielleicht nicht immer für 2 Personen,das Mobiliar ist eher funktional Kleiderschränke sind nicht zu finden,aber der Sauberkeitsstandard ist excellent.Eine junge,freundliche,persönlich zugewandte Staff gestaltet den Kontakt fast familiär.Die Auswahloptionen des Frühstücks treffen völlig meinen Geschmackkein Buffet,a la CarteIch komme sehr gern wieder!

Buenos días, Hotel encantador en ubicación perfecta. Pero hay un pequeño problema de ruido, la insonorización de la habitación con el pasillo es insuficiente y a las 7 de la mañana se oye todo, mi habitación era la 101 y creo que al lado esta el cuarto de la limpieza. pero se oye incluso la gente del patio interior. A parte del ruido, el resto maravilloso.

Superb hotel!
We have stayed twice in this hotel and werent disappointed the second time. Still the same. Beautiful building inside and out. Very tastefully decorated, incorporating items from its previous life as a ceramic factory. The rooms are welcoming, providing everything for your stay and are spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. But the best thing about this hotel, in my opinion, is the food. It is delicious! We always visit the restaurant for a meal whenever we are in Palma. There is a great choice and as a vegetarian, I welcome the vegetarian option on every menu. Always delicious. We will be back for sure!

Nos alojamos en este hotel casi una semana y fue una muy buena experiencia. La habitación y sobre todo el baño amplios y espaciosos, decorados con gusto y calidad y además, justo abajo, tienen un bar-restaurante que es de lo mejor de la zona. Del hotel al centro habría unos 15 minutos caminando. Todo muy bien. ¡Muchas gracias!

great service, great facility, clean but still need to be imrpoved
Overall we have great experience, since checkin in a beautiful lobby, the free cold or sparkling drinking water for 24 hr, the beautiful patio, interior design in the room. However, we found some insects on the clean floor later when we prepared to sleep, and we reported to the 24hr reception. He changed the room for us immediately and kindly. Although we didnt sleep well since the late accident, we still like and appreciate the quick and kind service from the hotel.

En general nos gustó mucho el hotel y el restaurante. El desayuno era bastante completo y todo el personal muy amable. No pongo la máxima valoración por dos motivos: 1. La cama no era del todo cómoda, y cuando nos levantábamos nos solía doler la espalda. 2. En las fotos de la habitación que reservamos había un escritorio pero cuando nos dieron la habitación no lo había. Esto era especialmente importante ya que mi pareja se examinaba en unos exámenes de oposición y le hubiera venido bien la mesa para repasar y fue uno de los motivos de que seleccionáramos esa habitación. I have never stayed in a hotel with a shower unit in the actual room in full view of the bed. The toilet door did not close properly and the toilet itself being in the room totally lacked privacy. I would not stay in your hotel again.however the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect Hotel for a short break
We stayed for a three night city break and this was the perfect base for our stay. The position of the hotel just outside the old town is excellent and all the sights are in walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed dinner one night which was delicious and fantastic value. We enjoyed impeccable service throughout our stay.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Boutique Hotel mit Charme
Das Nou Baleares ist ein klug eingerichtetes Boutique Hotel in elegantem Design. Die Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand, zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof ist herausragend. Pere Garau ist ein lebhaftes Viertel. Die Fenster sind aber gut isoliert. Die Klimatisierung ist nahezu geräuschlos. Nach Innen ist das Haus aber sehr hellhörig. Insbesondere bei Spätheimkehrern. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert ist das buchbare Frühstück im angeschlossenen Restaurant im Parterre. Dort kann man auch gut und günstig ein dreigängiges Menü mittags und abends erhalten. Sehr schön die Dachterrasse. An den Pool darf man nicht zu große Erwartungen haben. Etwas verbesserungswürdig ist das Kundenbindungsprogramm. Mein versprochenes Treue Llonguet wollte man mir im Restaurant nicht geben. Das mindert den überaus positiven Gesamteindruck aber nur minimal.

Pleasant in Palma
Nou Baleares is well located just outside of the old city, which is largely a pedestrian zone with much good shopping and fine restaurants & bars.. The hotel offers a very generous free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant and a plunge pool on the roof with views of the surroundings. Our room was comfortable and quiet on the inner courtyard. There were also bikes for rent for 10day located in the hotel’s parking garage. This included a lock and helmets were available though we chose not to use them. There is a bike trail not far from the hotel that takes you all around the harbor. We rode as far as Calvia to a quiet beach and bustling restaurant for lunch. Delightful! The front desk arranged for our taxi to the airport. Desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. We were enchanted with our stay! Muchas gracias!

Tout était parfait, laccueil, la propreté de la chambre ect... Aucun bruit. Jolie petite piscine sur la terrasse de lhôtel. Très bon resto et très peu cher. Un seul petit point négatif, pour un 4 il manque dans la salle de bain du lait pour le corps et du démêlant, cest un minimum. Merci pour laccueil et laide apporté par le réceptionniste le jour de notre arrivée. Nous y retournons le 17 octobre.

3 jours passés dans cet hôtel, belles chambres très confortable, accueil sympathique, chambre assez insonorisée malgré la proximité de la route, par contre les petits déjeuners sont très décevants pour le prix qui est quand même de 10 pour une boisson chaude un verre de jus dorange, une viennoiserie et un mini sandwich et en 3 jours pas une seule fois nous avons pu avoir de la salade de fruits très très déçu sur ce point là.

Hotel muy bien situado del centro de Palma. Instalaciones de 10, con una cuidada decoración que respeta el edificio original y un servicio amabilísimo. De hecho, creo que es el personal más amable y gentil que he conocido en la ciudad. El rooftop con piscina es ideal para darse un chapuzón con vistas a Palma. Su restaurante, Boira, es ideal para desayunar, comer y cenar en un patio interior muy tranquilo. Repetiré sin duda!!!!

Perfect Palma Hotel
We had a great stay. This is a lovely hotel which is beautifully designed and extremely clean. Rooms are spacious with very high ceilings which made them feel airy. Air con worked all the time, the shower was strong. Breakfast was a real highlight. Really generous amount of food served in a lovely internal terrace. We ate lunch in the hotel bar once and it was the best tortilla we had anywhere in Palma! We used the rooftop pool for a whole day and whilst it is a small pool it was quiet and we had it to ourselves for most of the day. It was heaven away from the busy, hot streets below. The hotel staff were all friendly and polite and our request to make our room a twin was accommodated too. We will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if we come to Palma!

Wonderful stay
We had the most comfortable stay at Nou Baleares. Service was top notch, check-inout was smooth, the building and rooms are beautiful, the air conditioning is strong for the hot summer, and we loved the access to paid covered parking. It’s also walking distance to hotspots. The connected restaurant has fantastic set menus that are both delicious and affordable! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel near the city center
Lovely little hotel near the city center. We stayed for 2 nights, had a double room the rooms are very small, but not a problem for us with breakfast. Very clean and the staff was ectremely friendly and ready to help at any time. We also took bikes for 1 day 10eurbike which was great! The roof terace looked realy great. The only down thing for us was that there was nothing vegan for breafkast breakfast was continental and not a buffet, so you couldnt get any vegan food in the hotel. That was realy sad because I payed for breakfast and couldnt eat any.....I ate few pieces of fruit. All in all nice hotel for quick stay before you head out to explore the ispand. The only down side for us was the food.

We stayed here for five days last year and returned for a night recently en route to Sóller. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We love its location as you are in workaday Palma, away from the tourism pressures. Nonetheless, the hotel is well placed for walks into the old town. We love it.

Experiencia hotel Nou baleares
Es un hotel precioso en el centro de palma. Me alojé durante dos noches con mi novio, llegué el día de mi cumpleaños y al hacer el check in nos regalaron dos copas de champán. El personal es muy amable, te informan de absolutamente todo con la mejor de las intenciones. Reservé una habitación con desayuno, que por cierto es un gran desayuno, espectacular todo y delicioso. En la entrada hay paraguas que te permiten usar, ya que cuando llegué yo ponía el tiempo que llovería, pero al final no fue necesario. También hay reserva de parking que son 15 creo pero nosotros no lo utilizamos tampoco. Lo que sí alquilamos fueron las bicicletas que fueron 10persona que, importante, solo se paga en efectivo, para mi no hubo problema ya que llevaba y además hay muchos cajeros por la zona. Las bicis son durante el día completo y las puedes entregar hasta el último minuto del día. Al hacer el check out que nosotros salimos a la hora tope que eran las 12, pudimos guardar nuestro equipo en un cuarto tipo armario en el que solo pueden acceder ellos ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 22 y pudimos aprovechar ese tiempo para seguir visitando la ciudad. Palma es precioso y encima las personas hicieron de nuestra visita una mejor experiencia. Muchas gracias!

Air conditioning problems
The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. The room was so hot that I got up at 2:00 am, went downstairs and asked the staff member on duty to look at it. He couldn’t make it work either. I requested a fan. It took him an hour to locate one. Very unpleasant.

A lovely hotel with a solid breakfast
This hotel was just what we wanted. It is located just outside the old city but on the opposite side of the old town where the cathedral is. The cathedral was a 15 minute easy walk. The room was adequate, like all European hotels, not so large but more than enough when you are away touring all day. The breakfast was a good solid start to the day. The receptionist was a beacon of light. We met her everyday with her smile and pleasant personality. Nothing was too much to ask. Thanks Natalie for a bright start to each day! I will definitely use this hotel on returning to Palma. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Das Hotel hat uns vor allem durch die super moderne und stylische Ausstattung und die tolle Lage überzeugt. Fast alles in Palma war fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Busanbindung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück haben wir als sehr ausgewogen und lecker empfunden. Sonnenterrasse und Zimmer zum Hof waren sehr einladend. Das einzige Manko war die sehr undichte Tür zum Flur, die leider jedes Geräusch von außen im Zimmer hörbar gemacht hat. Da muss man also auf rücksichtsvolle „Mitbewohner“ hoffen. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Palma aber absolut weiterempfehlen und haben nur schöne Erinnerungen an unseren Aufenthalt.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in Palma de Mallorca
Wir waren in diesem Hotel insgesamt 10 Tage zu Gast und haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft an der Rezeption durch Frau Luisa und ihrem Kollegen war außerordentlich freundlich und herzlich nochmals vielen Dank! u.a. mit Begrüßungssekt und extra Wasserflaschen. Wir wurden sehr gut und umfassend informiert. Das Hotel ist hell, modern und sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll fanden wir auch, dass wir uns in der zum Hotel zugehörigen und auch sehr angenehmen Bar täglich unsere Wasserflaschen für unsere Wanderungen im Tramuntana-Gebirge auffüllen konnten. Das Essen und die Lage sind top, der zentrale Busbahnhof ist vom Hotel nur ca. 10 Minuten Richtung Stadtzentrum von Palma entfernt. Kurzum, es war für uns eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal, zudem Terrasse auf dem Dach, mit Bar und einer guten Lage, umgeben auch mit vielen Bars vor Ort. Also von uns eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Palma de Mallorca! Buena relación calidad-precio
Es la tercera vez que me he alojado en este hotel. Está a 10 min a pie del centro, es prácticamente nuevo, las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno es increíble. El personal también es un punto fuerte del hotel. Lo que no me ha gustado esta vez es que la habitación que nos dieron no era tan aislante como las anteriores. Se oía mucho el ruido en el exterior del pasillo, pero lo peor sin duda fue el tema del agua. Me desperté de golpe a las 8am pensando que se estaba inundando la habitación, pero no. Debía ser la ducha de alguna habitación colindante, pero parecía como si estuviera cayendo agua dentro de la propia habitación. Y, esta vez, también, por desgracia, tuvimos un par de experiencias inseguras justo en la puerta del hotel presenciamos un robo. Me gustaría agradecer al personal de recepción por su amabilidad durante la estancia. Sobre todo, a la recepcionista que estaba trabajando de mañana el día 12 de febrero. Fue muy profesional y atenta.

Opción ideal en Palma
Ha sido la segunda vez que me he alojado en este hotel y volveré a hacerlo. De hecho, tengo ya otra reserva programada para dentro de pocos días. Se encuentra a tan solo 10min a pie del centro histórico de Palma. Es un hotel boutique, pequeño, pero muy agradable. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la ducha es muy cómoda, la alcachofa de la ducha es potente y tiene bastante altura, por lo que no tendrás problema si mides 1,90m. El desayuno es excelente. Te sirven a la mesa y tienes varias opciones a escoger en la carta. Desde luego coges energía para todo el día. Esta vez reservamos parking, está a 2min a pie del hotel. Las plazas son un poco estrechas, pero como en la mayoría de hoteles. Agradecer a recepción que nos permitió sacar el coche más tarde de la hora del check-out. También dispone de gimnasio no lo hemos probado y en la azotea tiene una zona de terraza con solarium y una pequeña piscina por la época tampoco lo hemos probado. En general el hotel está decorado con mucho encanto y tiene historia. Por último, el personal de recepción muy amable, nos recomendaron sitios para visitar en la isla y la verdad que un acierto. Sí en el futuro vuelvo a Palma, desde luego será mi primera opción.

Molt bé en general
Habitació neta i aclarida, personal molt amable. Lúnica pega seria que per la matinada vàrem sentir crits de socor duna altra habitació que ens van despertar, després soroll de petjades. Esperem que aquesta dona estigui bé.

Das Hôtel hat sich sehr bemüht einen rundum sorglosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Freundliches Personal! Wir haben das Parken umsonst bekommen, weil der Fahrstuhl nicht ging. Zimmer sind toll.

Hotel fantástico
El hotel es fantástico y muy bien ubicado. Destacar también la atención y amabilidad del personal. El único inconveniente que pondría es que estábamos en una habitación del tercer piso y el ascensor no funcionaba. Estuvo fuera de servicio todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel, desde el viernes hasta el lunes.

Estuve solo por 3 días,la habitacion es un poco pequeñas pero excelente,la cama y las almohadas de 10,el cuarto de baño muy amplio. Una muy buena experiencia,solo cogí alojamiento, pero volveré sin duda

Check in and out were smooth and everything in general was above the expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the Restaurant Boria is a huge plus: very good “menú del día” and breakfast.

A new adventure
We booked the Nou Baleares partly because we wanted to be out of the touristy part of Palma, but near enough to walk into it if we wished to. Also handy for the bus and train station. Lots of local bars and restaurants to try. At reception we were met with Toni, who was excellent along with Natalie who was also extremely helpful. All the staf we encountered we very good. Our room was also very good. We hope to return in the future.

Very comfortable stay
We loved staying in the hotel but what is missing is kettles or coffee machine in the room, but after asking we got a kettle and all other wishes of us was answered right away

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Boria Restaurant war sehr leckeres Frühstück und auch die Menüs waren toll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
